REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
We hope that you are happy with your VITA store purchase. However, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. It is the buyers responsibility to purchase and arrange shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyers are responsible for the return costs and responibility for the item during the returns process. We will not be accountable for any loss or damage incurred during this time. You will be fully refunded providing the item arrives back with us within the 14 days.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we have received your return, the item will be fully refunded (excluding original shipping costs) within 10 working days.
Please note that as all of our items are antique or vintage, they may not always be in perfect condition and show signs of wear due to age. Care has been taken to visually describe the item with accurate photographs, please do carefully inspect these but if you have any questions regarding an items condition, please do contact us info@vitathestore.co.uk
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SHIPPING
At VITA Store we endeavour to dispatch all items within three working days of purchase and items will be sent through a registered courier. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we will contact you in good time.
